INTERIM SEDIMENT REMOVAL PROJECT PLANNED FOR HAHAMONGNA  The LA County Board of Supervisors directed County Flood Control to do an environmental impact report before removing over a million and a half cubic yards of sediment from behind Devil's Gate Dam in Hahamongna.  To insure public safety in the year or two before the EIR is completed, the Board directed  Flood Control to prepare an interim sediment removal project.
